Curriculum Overview

The Master of Advanced Studies in Precision Medicine Therapeutics in Oncology (MAS PMTO) program provides a comprehensive, multidisciplinary education, covering scientific, clinical, regulatory, policy, and business aspects of precision medicine in oncology.

Program Structure

  • Total Units: 36 required units
  • Full-Time Option: Complete in 3 quarters (Fall, Winter, Spring)
  • Part-Time Option: Complete in 6 quarters (Fall 2x, Winter 2x, Spring 2x )
  • Start Date: Fall Quarter (Late September)
  • Class Schedule: Weekdays, late afternoon & evening
  • Instruction Mode: Primarily in-person at the UC San Diego La Jolla campus, with some synchronous remote lectures
